| REGISTRATION & ORDER PROCESS |

Placing
orders & Registering
You may visit the website freely, however when you want to
purchase goods & checkout you will need to register with us or login. This
is required as goods need to be delivered to you correctly.
Registration is a simple 1 page process requiring only your name, address and
contact details.
Order
Status
During the order process you will receive e-mails
confirming the status of your order.
You may also view this on-line by clicking on this link 'VIEW ORDER STATUS'
The following are the status's we have in place.
PAYMENT/SECURITY - your order has entered the system and is awaiting a
payment/security clearance. This will normally take a maximum of 7 hours, and
if there are any delays you will be notified by e-mail on the same date. If we
do require any further information we will contact you accordingly.
GOODS BEING PICKED - this means your order is cleared and goods are now
being picked in the warehouse.
STOCK WARNING - part or all of your order is out of stock/discontinued.
You will receive an e-mail giving details about this and any remedial action
that may be taken.
GOODS DISPATCHED - your items have left our warehouse and is with the
courier company to be delivered to you as scheduled. You may be able to track
your order using the shipping details provided.
ORDER COMPLETE - your goods have been dispatched and your invoice will
be posted on the system together with the payment receipt.
CANCELLED - this confirms your order as having been cancelled.
Changing
Registration/Account Details
This section allows to change all or part of your
registration details on-line.
To do this Click on 'Login' and then click on 'change registration details' and
then enter your e-mail address & password. This will take you to a page
where you can update your details.
Forgotten
your password?
Click on 'Login' then click on 'Forgotten password' then
enter your e-mail address and click on 'Retrieve password' You should receive
your password by e-mail soon afterwards.
